The Company has strategic tie-ups with big global firms, such as ENI S.p.A, Italy, and CTC Global, USA. Apar Industries Limited (AIL), formerly known as 'Gujarat Apar Polymers Limited' was promoted by Apar Group, along with the Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation (GIIC). The Company was incorporated on September 28, 1989. Gujarat Apar Polymers Limited was changed to Apar Industries Limited on 19 April, 1999.In Nov' 2000 the captive plant for co-generation of power and steam became operational. The Ankleshwar Plant which modernised with latest know-how of M/s Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., USA for continuous processing of NBR in place of batch processing commissioned in 2000.The Company's Nalagarh plant was commissioned during the year ended 31 March 2008.
