25-Apr-2025	NA	ACME Solar Holdings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/04/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the subject cited above, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 25, 2025 to, inter alia, consider and approve the payment of Interim Dividend on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2024-25. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e., Friday, April 25, 2025, inter alia, declared an Interim Dividend of INR 0.20 paise per Equity Share of the Company (i.e. 10% of the face value of Rs. 2/- each of equity share) for the period ended December 31, 2024. In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend declared by the Board for the period ended December 31, 2024, has been fixed as Friday, May 2, 2025.
