The Company closed its cotton textile operations during the year.The Company has two ongoing Real Estate projects on hand. The first project of the Company, 'Swan Lake', is a plotted development project having total land area of approximately 38,00,000 sq ft near Ahmedabad having total projected revenue of about Rs350 Crores. During the year 2024, the company launched its second project, which is a Real Estate Development Project of luxurious residential apartments, in the name of The Sovereign', at Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Sovereign is a residential project with 102 exclusive residences in a 430 ft tall tower having 37 floors. The project consists of thoughtfully planned amenities and conveniences for its residents.
