The same is enclosed herewith for your records. Please note the financial results as referred to above have been duly submitted to BSE limited on February 9, 2022 post conclusion of the said meeting by Sundew in accordance with Regulation 52 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
