Krishana Phoschem Limited was incorporated on 14 May, 2004. The Company is primarily engaged in manufacturing of fertilizers, intermediate dyes and other allied chemical products in the State of Madhya Pradesh. Krishana Phoschem Limited are manufacturers of Benefited Rock Phosphate (BRP), Single Super Phosphate (SSP), Granulated Single Super Phosphate (GSSP), H-Acid, intermediate dyes and other allied chemicals. Their products Single Super Phosphate (SSP) and Granulated Single Super Phosphate (GSSP) is used in replenishing 'P' (Phosohorous) in the soil and act as a fertilizer for crop.
Initially, the Company was engaged in manufacturing of BRP and further expanded to forward integration in manufacturing of SSP and GSSP and expanding for Diversification in intermediate dyes and other allied chemicals. Presently, it manufactures specialized chemicals used for dying cloth such as H acid, E K acid, Vinyl sulphone, PNCBOSA, 4 sulphoantranilic acid, Violet acid, Sulpho Tobias acid. The chemicals produce by our company is used as Dye intermediate specifically for textiles Industry. Currently, the Company works on 3 manufacturing plants that have been ingeniously built across Meghnagar, in Jhabua District of Madhya Pradesh.
The Company holds capacities of 198,000 MT for Rock Crushing, 120,000 MT for SSP/GSSP and 330,000 MT for DAP/ NPK, along with 2,64,000 MT for Sulphuric Acid. Additionally, Phosphoric Acid has a capacity of 99,000 MT.
The Company commenced operations with its Beneficiated Rock Phosphate (BRP) Plant and began commercial production from 2005-06. In 2012-13, it started production of SSP fertilisers. The Company already had started work on DAP& NPK complex fertilizer project at the existing Meghnagar Plant, costing Rs. 330 Crores.
The Company raised funds from public through IPO by issuing Equity Shares upto 65,76,000 of Face Value of Rs 10 each by Offer for Sale aggregating to Rs 19.72 Crore in February, 2017.
The Company started production of Sulphuric Acid, Oleum, Coloro Sulphonic Acid & Liquid SO3 in October, 2017 and achieved production of 33052 M.T. From February 2023, the Company began producing Di-ammonium Phosphate (DAP) and NPK complex fertilisers, which help supply nitrogen and phosphorus to the soil. Simultaneously, the BRP Plant increased the capacity utilization and became operational in 2023.
