On November 3, 2021, the status converted into a Public Company and name of the Company was changed to Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited' on November 18, 2021 issued by the RoC. Yatharth Hospitals and Trauma Care Services Limited is a network of super speciality hospitals across Delhi National Capital Region (NCR) and Madhya Pradesh, capitalising on the robust healthcare infrastructure in these regions to serve a wide patient base in need of tertiary care. The Company operate three super specialty hospitals in Delhi NCR, i.e., at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The super speciality tertiary carehospital currently operates with 400 beds, including 112 critical care beds and 9 modular operation theatres, among other surgical facilities. I.
