The Company received the certificate of commencement of business on April 10, 2007 from the Registrar of Companies. The Company is a provider of tower and related infrastructure sharing services. The Company is one of the largest telecom tower companies in India basis the number of towers and co-locations operated by the Company. The business of the Company is to deploy, own, operate and manage passive infrastructure pertaining to telecommunication operations. As of March 31, 2025, Indus Towers owned and operated 2,62,499 towers with 4,19,313 co-locations in 22 telecommunication circles.
