The Company name was then changed to 'Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited' on 23 July, 2013. The Company began commercial production in November, 1998. In 2013, the Company was renamed Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited. Company is engaged in the manufacturing of precision forged bevel gears and differential case assemblies, conventional and micro-hybrid starter motors, EV traction motors etc., for automotive and other applications. The Company has 12 manufacturing and assembly plants across India, China, Mexico and USA, of which six are located in India. The Company's manufacturing and assembly plants are located at Gurugram, Manesar, Faridabad, Pune, Chennai, China, Mexico, Tecumseh.The Company had on 16th of October, 2018, inter-alia, executed the following agreements, 1.
