Black Box Limited was erstwhile incorporated as 'Avaya GlobalConnect Limited' in August, 1986, which had changed the name of the Company to AGC Networks Limited from Avaya GlobalConnect Limited in March, 2010 and again to Black Box Limited in September, 2021. Tata Telecom (TTL) belonged to Tatas and Avaya, formerly a division of Lucent Technologies, which has its roots in AT & T.
