Resolved not to fill the vacancy caused by retirement of Shri A. P Sarwan - passed unanimously. 5. Appointment of M/s. Hemanshu Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as the Auditors of the Company till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration as may be determined by the Board of Directors in consultation with the Auditors. 6. The Re-appointment of Shri Hiren K. Patel, as Managing Director of the Company with terms & conditions mentioned in the Notice of this meeting - with requisite majority by poll.
