26-Sep-2025	26-Sep-2025	We hereby inform that consequent to the untimely and sudden demise of Late Shri Vimal Jain, Chief Financial Officer of AU Small Finance Bank as intimated vide our letter dated September 10, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today i.e. September 26, 2025, considered and appointed Mr. Gaurav Jain as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank, with effect from Friday, September 26, 2025, till further update in this regard. Mr. Gaurav Jain, a rank holder Chartered Accountant and MBA graduate from the Kellogg School of Management, has over 23 years of expertise in banking and financial services. He currently holds the position of President - Finance & Strategy and is associated with Bank since January 2021. Please refer attachment for details.

Based on the recommendation of the NRC, the Board has approved the categorization of Mr. Dhavan Shah, Head of Commercial Banking, Mr. Kapil Gupta, Head - Treasury & Financial Markets, Mr. Ankur Tripathi, Chief Information Officer, and Mr. Manoj Tibrewal, Head of Human Resources, Admin & Infra as SMPs, effective July 26, 2025.
