    Key Objective

    Initial public offering of 1,00,05,111 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of A-One Steels India Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 405 per equity share ("Offer Price") (Including A Premium of Rs. 395 Per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs. 405.00 Crores (the "Offer"). The offer comprises of a fresh issue of 87,70,544 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 355.00 Crores by the company (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 12,34,567 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 50.00 Crores, Comprising 4,93,827 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 20 Crores by Sandeep Kumar, 4,93,827 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 20.00 Crores by Sunil Jallan and 2,46,913 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 10.00 Crores by Krishan Kumar Jalan (the "Promoter Selling Shareholders") (the "Offer For Sale"). The offer includes a reservation of 54,495 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 2 Crores (constituting 0.07% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital) for subscription by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The company, in consultation with the BRLMs, offered a discount of 38.00 per equity share to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion ("Employee Discount"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer constitute 12.95% and 12.88%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 405 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price is 40.50 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum quantity of 37 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each and in multiples of 37 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each thereafter. A discount of Rs. 38 per equity share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.
