| Renaissance Global has allotted 8,410 equity shares under ESOS on 19 May 2026. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 21,46,50,942 comprising of 10,73,25,471 equity shares of Rs.2/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 21,46,67,762 comprising of 10,73,33,881 equity shares of Rs.2/- each
