| RBL Bank has allotted 2,35,707 equity shares under ESOP on 25 February 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 61,76,52,172 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 617,65,21,720 to 61,78,87,879 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 617,88,78,790. |
