| Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), subsidiary of the Mahindra & Mahindra has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Actis Mahi Holdings (Singapore) (AMHSPL) and Mahindra Homes (MHPL), and
completed the acquisition of the entire stake held by AMHSPL in MHPL.
Upon completion of this transaction by MLDL, MHPL would become a wholly owned subsidiary of MLDL and in turn a step-down subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra. |
