21,40,03,752 to 21,41,46,715 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of Stock Options by an eligible employees under Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2020 of the Company.
Post above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is Rs. 1,07,07,33,575/- consisting 21,41,46,715 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each. |
