| Pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (Chapter-VII(A)-Penal Actions for Non-Compliance) issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for non-compliance of certain provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Standard Operating Procedure for suspension and revocation of trading of specified securities of listed entities, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the below mentioned companies have been identified as non-compliant under Regulation 27(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e. December 2024 & March 2025.
In view of the above, the trading in securities of the below mentioned companies are also eligible to be transferred to Z/ ZP/ ZY group with effect from July 11, 2025, however, these companies are already in the Z group for consecutive non-compliance with other regulations.
