Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly reports and keep daily records of all expenditures on various accounts as required.
  • Computing monthly costs and bills of the said.
  • Verifying expenditures and credits with statements of accounts.
  • Checking client cheque details from Inward Admin and then punching entries in LD of clientele cheques.
  • Maintaining accounts of various departments including petty cash.
  • Maintaining petty cash, prepare voucher for cash payments.
  • Maintaining stationary for the office, ordering stationary as and when required.


Qualifications and Skills

Graduate in Finance and Accounts

Proficient on MS-Excel
