Subsequently, the name of the company was changed from 'InfoBeans Software Solutions Private Limited' to 'InfoBeans Systems India Private Limited', vide shareholders approval on December 12, 2012, and fresh of incorporation dated December 7, 2012, issued by Registrar of Companies.
